Resumen: Se trata de un estudio cuantitativo cuyo objetivo trata de aproximarse a indagar acerca de las experiencias educativas de dos proyectos: "Proyecto Transmedia #elcontenidodelfuturo`" y "The Grammar Army" formulados por WET EDUGAMES aplicados para el desarrollo de la comunicación lingüística. Estos proyectos objeto de estudio pertenecen a un programa más amplio, el "Programa Comunica", financiado por la Dirección General de Profesorado e Innovación educativa de la Junta de Andalucía en España. Los resultados indicativos revelan de forma positiva la apreciación del profesorado por estos proyectos a la hora de desarrollar la comunicación lingüística y la educomunicación. En concreto, destacan por este orden la competencia lectora, la competencia escrita, el conocimiento de la lengua y la competencia oral.

Abstract: It is a quantitative study whose objective is to approach to inquire about the educational experiences of two projects: Transmedia Project # elcontentdelfuturo` and The Grammar Army formulated by WET EDUGAMES applied to the development of linguistic communication. These projects under study belong to a broader program, the Comunica Program, financed by the General Directorate of Teaching Staff and Educational Innovation of the Junta de Andalucía in Spain. The indicative results reveal in a positive way the teachers' appreciation for these projects when developing linguistic communication and educommunication. Specifically, reading competence, written competence, knowledge of the language and oral competence stand out in this order.
Resumo: Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo cujo objetivo é abordar a indagação sobre as experiências educacionais de dois projetos: Projeto Transmídia # elcontentdelfuturo` e The Grammar Army formulado por WET EDUGAMES aplicado ao desenvolvimento da comunicação linguística. Estes projetos em estudo fazem parte de um programa mais amplo, o Programa Comunica, financiado pela Direção-Geral do Corpo Docente e Inovação Educacional da Junta de Andalucía de Espanha. Os resultados indicativos revelam de forma positiva o apreço dos professores por esses projetos no que diz respeito ao desenvolvimento da comunicação linguística e da educomunicação. Especificamente, a competência em leitura, competência escrita, conhecimento da língua e competência oral destacam-se nesta ordem.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang pembelajar dan mencari model pembelajaran untuk mata kuliah kaiwa kelas besar (jumlah mahasiswa lebih dari 20 orang), agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjabarkan situasi kelas kaiwa dengan model pembelajaran panel discussion. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dan wawancara. Subyek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa/i tingkat akhir dari Prodi Sastra Jepang, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran panel discussion memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kepada seluruh partisipan dari mata kuliah kaiwa, untuk berbicara menggunakan bahasa Jepang dan mengutarakan tentang ide penelitian yang sedang atau akan dilakukan oleh mereka sendiri. Selain itu, adanya sesi sharing melalui sesi tanya jawab dan tukar pendapat juga menjadi salah satu poin positif lain yang didapat oleh pembelajar, terutama dalam pengembangan arah penelitian mereka masing-masing. Model pembelajaran panel discussion juga mendorong pembelajar untuk lebih aktif di dalam kelas dan membuat pengajaran menjadi lebih terfokus pada Student Centered Learning (SCL). Abstract: This study aimed to enhance learners Japanese speaking skills and to developed a learning model that suitable for kaiwa course in a huge class (number of participants were more than 20 people). This research was conducted with descriptive research method to describe kaiwa class situation conducted with panel discussion model. Data collection conducted with survey questionnaire and some short interview. Research subjects was the final grade students of Prodi Sastra Jepang, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. The result of survey questionnaire showed that panel discussion model gives more opportunity to all kaiwa class participants to speak Japanese and express their own current research idea than the traditional way of kaiwa learning model. In addition, learners also showed a positive attitude after following the kaiwa class conducted with the panel discussion model, in term of the development of their own current research direction. Research subject stated that they gained a lot of valuable information about their current research from their classmates through question & answer sessions. Panel discussion learning model also encourages learners to be more active in the classroom and focusing the class into a Students Centered Learning (SCL) situation.
