Experience

There has been a long-standing commitment within museums, galleries and science centres to deploy complex technologies to enhance engagement and participation amongst visitors. The design of these systems has proved highly challenging and tensions arise in enabling both, individual action as well as cooperation and collaboration. In this paper we draw on our recent studies to consider the problems and issues that arise in facilitating the private and the public, the individual and the collaborative, and its implications for the success of innovative systems in museums and galleries.

Job happiness is basically a compilation of the promising or disadvantageous sentiment of workers regard their work with. The thesis was performed at Mizoram using concise analysis procedure, which is one of the states in the north-eastern region of India. The aim of this research is to examine the job satisfaction of Mizoram college teachers and to evaluate the job satisfaction of college teachers-based on their gender, teaching experience plus instructional direction. Out of 32 separate colleges in Mizoram, 22-degree colleges is the target research community, from all 22-degree colleges in 8 districts twelve-degree colleges i.e. five-degree colleges in the district of Aizawl out of 10 colleges in other districts are chosen for analysis and a total of 300 students, 150 Arts college students, 100 science college teachers and 50 commercial college tea tea teachers. Level of Job Satisfaction (2006) was chosen and used by the investigator to gather data from the various respondents. Research results will provide insight to school leaders to help them better understand the teachers and identify the best possible methods of optimizing college teacher career transition. From the eighteenth century patients might use ‘uneasiness’ / inquiétude to describe both a physical sensation and a personal anxiety. This double definition reflects the deep interrelation between emotion and sensation in the period. Inquiétude was embedded in a specific historical context, defined by humoral medical discourse, by the practice of self-writing, by the doctor-patient relationship, and by a semantic confusion in the use of certain words. Analysis of the different uses of inquiétude in nineteenth- and twentieth-century French novels shows that it increasingly described a mental state, such as an anxiety, but that the sensorial meaning persisted discreetly in different ways. Elements of neurophysiological theories and relevance theory offer some tools to bridge the gap between the two narrative genres and historical contexts.

Among all other agricultural production, the average yield of greenhouse agriculture per square feet has drastically reduced during the last ten years in Sri Lanka. Accordingly, this study reviewed the emerging themes of operational performance (OPP) of sustained farmers engaged in controlled environmental agriculture (CEA) in the Uva Province in Sri Lanka. The researchers used qualitative research methodology applying the inductive approach. A sample of 5 most successful farmers in terms of longevity of undertaking agriculture and gaining a substantial harvest in CEA was selected to conduct data interviews. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The data analysis indicated four main themes: experience, family support, knowledge, and knowledge sharing as determinants of operational performance. These themes highlighted the need for a committed, knowledgeable person surrounded by a supportive family environment to sustain in OPP to sustain in CEA.

In the frames technologically advanced global society, the sense of design has surpassed the creation of an aesthetical and semantic composition. Due to the contribution of virtual reality, the philosophy and methodology of cultural representation are constantly expanding. The specific political and social framework indicated and analyzed through a thematic display evokes interpretations that are communicated with the audience through the configuration of empiric experience, and especially via the factors of space, time, sensations and narration. Aiming at a dynamic, interactive contact with the audience, the perception of cultural representation, and effectively the design of relevant multimedia applications, has been reoriented in order to organize a compound multisensory experience for the audience.
