Ilse Fusková (Buenos Aires, 1929) is known in Argentina for being an important lesbian activist, fundamental in the depathologizing of homosexuality an their rights, as a group, to have a voice and history of their own. Intellectually restless since her early years, she’s been led to perform various different activities throughout her life. From German father and Czechoslovak mother, Felka -pseudonym that she signed her 50s decade photos with- studied journalism and worked as a flight attendant. She collaborates with magazines like El Hogar, Chicas, Histonium, Mundo Argentino, Para Tí and Lyra as a reporter and commentator. In this book, María Laura Rosa proposes to take a journey that goes from Felka the reporter to the feminist activist Fusková, through multiple decades of poetics and intelligent look.
