The diagnostic, correctional, developing and preventive value of metaphoric cards of association (MCA) «Fracture» in the work with bodily‒self of palliative clients had been revealed in the article. The MCA’s thematic direction is provided in adequate to palliative clients’ problems. The author's MCA deck is provides to solution the psychological assistance in palliative and covering 131 clients’ actual problematic in volume by 88 symbolic picture cards. The existing decks had been comparative analyzed to the problems faced by the families’ palliative care. Sets the path for further testing and implementation of the deck «Fracture» to the psychological practice. The problem of bodily‒self as psychosomatic phenomena have been involving. Indicated the determinant of development child’s bodily‒self by mother’s communication with him (her) and the family’s psychosomatic symptoms. Author's deck MCA «Fracture» in dealing with the palliative clients’ problems have been offered as an effective instrument to establishing rapport with a person and also as a source of diagnostic information gathering and further development of problematic situations.
