We are building a large Flash application for Academia.edu. The application is a fun concept.
We have two people working on it full time already, and need an extra pair of hands.
Ideal candidates will:
- Be experienced at coding in ActionScript 3
- Have a general programming background
- Be excited about building a product that users value and love.

Rails developer
Academia.edu is in Ruby on Rails.
We are always pushing new features live, and are looking for an extra Rails developer.
Ideal candidates will:
- Be experienced in Rails, or able to quickly pick it up
- Be experienced in Ajax and javascript
- Be excited about thinking of new ideas for features
