Lewis University, located 25 miles SW of Chicago is seeking full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Professor who will report to Psychology Department Chair and Human Resource Management Program Director, to begin Fall, 2012.
Responsibilities will include:
Teaching courses (12 credit hours per semester, days and evenings) in the Human Resource Management program housed within the Psychology Department. Courses may include, but are not limited to Organizational Staffing, Organizational Training, Organizational Motivation, Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics and Research Methods.
Responsibilities will include: -Contribute to the development of the HRM program.
-Advise undergraduate students.
-Active participation in college and University level committee work.
-Assistant in curriculum development, especially in on-line courses.
-Support of student organizations such as SHRM, Psi Chi and Psychology Club.
-Active participation in department level assessment projects.
