Residue Number System (RNS), which originates from the Chinese Remainder Theorem, offers a promising future in VLSI because of its carry-free operations in addition, subtraction and multiplication. This property of RNS is very helpful to reduce the complexity of calculation in many applications. A residue number system represents a large integer using a set of smaller integers, called residues. But the area overhead, cost and speed not only depend on this word length, but also the selection of moduli, which is a very crucial step for residue system. This parameter determines bit efficiency, area, frequency etc. In this paper a new moduli set selection technique is proposed to improve bit efficiency which can be used to construct a residue system for digital signal processing environment. Subsequently, it is theoretically proved and illustrated using examples, that the proposed solution gives better results than the schemes reported in the literature. The novelty of the architecture is shown by comparison the different schemes reported in the literature. Using the novel moduli set, a guideline for a Reconfigurable Processor is presented here that can process some predefined functions. As RNS minimizes the carry propagation, the scheme can be implemented in Real Time Signal Processing & other fields where high speed computations are required.

In the whole world, the internet is exercised by millions of people every day for information retrieval. Even for a small to smaller task like fixing a fan, to cook food or even to iron clothes persons opt to search the web. To fulfill the information needs of people, there are billions of web pages, each having a different degree of relevance to the topic of interest (TOI), scattered throughout the web but this huge size makes manual information retrieval impossible. The page ranking algorithm is an integral part of search engines as it arranges web pages associated with a queried TOI in order of their relevance level. It, therefore, plays an important role in regulating the search quality and user experience for information retrieval. PageRank, HITS, and SALSA are well-known page ranking algorithm based on link structure analysis of a seed set, but ranking given by them has not yet been efficient. In this paper, we propose a variant of SALSA to give sNorm(p) for the efficient ranking of web pages. Our approach relies on a p-Norm from Vector Norm family in a novel way for the ranking of web pages as Vector Norms can reduce the impact of low authority weight in hub weight calculation in an efficient way. Our study, then compares the rankings given by PageRank, HITS, SALSA, and sNorm(p) to the same pages in the same query. The effectiveness of the proposed approach over state of the art methods has been shown using performance measurement technique, Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR), Precision, Mean Average Precision (MAP), Discounted Cumulative Gain (DCG) and Normalized DCG (NDCG). The experimentation is performed on a dataset acquired after pre-processing of the results collected from initial few pages retrieved for a query by the Google search engine. Based on the type and amount of in-hand domain expertise 30 queries are designed. The extensive evaluation and result analysis are performed using MRR, Precision@k, MAP, DCG, and NDCG as the performance measuring statistical metrics. Furthermore, results are statistically verified using a significance test. Findings show that our approach outperforms state of the art methods by attaining 0.8666 as MRR value, 0.7957 as MAP value. Thus contributing to the improvement in the ranking of web pages more efficiently as compared to its counterparts.

In the last five years, the development of social media as a means of sharing and exchanging ideas using textural, auditory or visual information has permeated all life, and has greatly changed the way people communicate with the world. Likewise, with the discipline of architecture, the architects have been influenced in communicating with the world, changing through the social media platform. This is as a concrete manifestation, in the era of disruption, how the changes occur from manual to digital in the growth of visual communication media. This article aims to investigate the importance of social media for architects in promoting their architectural design work. Furthermore, which is most effectively media used by netizens in promoting architectural works. The method used in this research is descriptive explorative method from secondary and primary data through literatures and interview with architects. The study results show that the strength of social media platforms is an effective tool for architects to present their design ideas to the global community in the era of disruption. The results of the study also suggest that the importance of content in the method of conveying messages on social media, this is as the highest reference of interest and attention by netizens.

Abstract
Communication technology has changed and transformed the political communication field as it affects all humanitys. In every new political campaign, previously unattempted techniques are used. The Internet, called the “New Media” in terms of political communication methods, has undergone enormous
transformation. The Internet has become an important communication environment both during the election period and after elections on account of political parties’ communication to their elecrorates. One of the most important practicing environments is their web pages. In this work, the pages of political parties in countries are examined in terms of political communication techniques.
This paper is concerned with the general structure, functions of recognition, and publicity, and examines the web pages of parties in power in Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States. These are the Respublica Party, the United Russia Party, the Justice and Development Party, the Conservative Party, and the Democratic Party. Content analysis is performed on this work and it is noted that the web pages have similar features in terms of political communication functions. However there are some differences on account of recognition functions. It is evaluated that in Western countries, (U.K and U.S.A) the blog mothod is mosty used which gives more freedom space. Indeed, it is observed that in these countries, the web pages are used effectively in terms of political finance and attendance.

ÖZET
İletişim teknolojisinin günümüzde gelmiş olduğu nokta bütün insanlık yaşam alanlarında olduğu gibi siyasal iletişim alanını da değiştirmekte ve dönüştürmektedir. Her yeni siyasal kampanya sürecinde daha önceden denenmemiş teknikler kullanılmaktadır. Siyasal İletişim tekniği açısından yeni medya olarak nitelendirilen internet büyük bir dönüşüm sağlamıştır. İnternet gerek seçim dönemlerinde ve gerekse seçim sonrasında siyasal partilerin seçmenleri ile iletişim kurması açısından çok önemli bir iletişim ortamı haline gelmiştir. En önemli uygulama alınlarından biri ise kurumsal web sayfalarıdır.
Bu çalışmada, farklı siyasal deneyimlere sahip ülkelerdeki siyasal partilerin web sayfaları siyasal iletişim tekniği açısından incelenmiştir. Web sayfalarının genel yapısı, tanıma ve tanıtma fonksiyonlarının ele alındığı çalışmada, Kırgızgistan, Rusya, Türkiye, Birleşik Krallık ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde iktidarda olan siyasal partilerin web sayfaları incelenmiştir. Bunlar Respublika Partisi, Birleşik Rusya Partisi, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi, Muhafazakar Parti ve Demokrat Parti’dir. İçerik analizi yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada, genellikle web sayfalarının siyasal iletişim fonksiyonları bakımından benzer özellikler taşıdığı görülmüştür. Ancak özellikle tanıma fonksiyonları bakımından bazı farklılıkların
olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Batılı ülkelerde (U.K. ve ABD) bireye daha fazla özgürlük alanı bırakan blog yönteminin yoğun bir şekilde kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu ülkelerdeki partilerin siyasetin finansmanı ve katılım
olgusu açısından web sayfalarını daha etkin kullandıkları gözlenmiştir.
