Hardiness

Представлены результаты адаптации на русскоязычной выборке методик «Шкала душевной боли» (The Psychache Scale – Holden et al., 2001), «Причины для жизни» (Reasons for Living Inventory, Linehan et al., 1983) и «Опросник причин попытки суицида» (Reasons for Attempting Suicide Questionnaire – Johns, Holden, 1997). Был осуществлен перевод с последующим анкетированием психически здоровых лиц в возрасте от 16 до 26 лет, находящихся в состоянии относительного психологического благополучия (150 человек в Москве, 66 юношей, 84 девушек, а также 221 человек в Чебоксарах, 50 юношей, 171 девушка). При оценке психометрических свойств русскоязычных вариантов адаптируемых тестов получены хорошие результаты по воспроизводимости структур факторов, составляющих шкалы методик, их надежности и конструктной валидности. С помощью метода главных компонент с вращением варимакс подтверждено удовлетворительное соответствие структуры русскоязычных версий опросников структуре оригиналов. После доработки русскоязычные варианты данных методик смогут использоваться для оценки степени суицидального риска и мотивации суицидального поведения у школьников старших классов и студентов вузов, обучающихся по образовательным программам разных уровней, а также в исследовательских целях для изучения причин суицидального поведения.

A hardiness zone is a geographically defined area in which a specific category of plant life is capable of growing, as defined by climatic conditions, including its ability to withstand the minimum temperatures of the zone. Though there are some references for classifying hardiness zones of Albania, they have not any practical use because they are very general. This study takes into account a large number of stations and provides a detailed classification of Albanian territory according to hardiness and heat zones. Absolute minimum temperatures in Celsius Degrees for the period 1970 -1990 for 150 weather stations were used to generate the hardiness zones map, while number of days with maximum temperatures equal or above 300C where used to generate the heat zones map. The minimum absolute temperature varied from -22.91 to 1.030C. The interpolated maps were generated using Spline with Barriers algorithm in ArcMap that assures that the interpolated surface is within the range of the measured data points. This classification is very useful for the distribution of new plant species. In the framework of this study the potential distribution of 6 new species for Albania is considered.

Статья посвящена проблеме допинга в профессиональном спорте: рассматриваются психологические детерминанты употребления запрещенных стимулирующих препаратов, такие как отношение к допингу, локус контроля и жизнестойкость личности. Исследование проведено на выборке из 119 спортсменов из разных регионов России.

The article is devoted to psychological predictors of doping in sport such as attitudes to performance enhancing drugs, locus of control and hardiness. In research participated 119 athletes from different regions of Russian Federation.
