Emotional intelligence means understanding once own feeling and able to handling those feeling without disturbing them self. In the same way understanding what others feel and handling relationship effectively motivate one to complete job creatively and perform their pear. Stress Management is a system that is aimed to reduce stress and/or facilitate the person to cope with these instances. There is use both primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected through questionnaire which is depending on Liker scale. The study confined to the sample size of 100 employees of five software industries namely HP, LENOVO, DELL, HCL, Sony, etc. Finally researcher shows the relationship between the stress management and emotional intelligence. The study is concluded with the suggestion to Emotional intelligence have ability to quickly reduce stress in the various situations So we can say that Higher level of EI is positively correlated with effectiveness of stress management among software employees.

Getting into fables visually with children--from grade 2 to middle school--by describing mind-picture after mind-picture, including triggered thoughts, ideas, feelings, and connected real-life experiences, as well as the values/morals brought out, creates amazing and even surprising responses/comments with the class as a whole.

Discussing the fables along with the related knowledge and experience highlighted through the students' many exchanges allows them to pause, think, reflect, recall, feel, and relate to the various messages communicated. But the best part of teaching Aesop is that it has transformative powers for both the individual and the class. The environment changes because the fables' values/morals present "frameworks" or "structures" for students to consider before acting, or: "Look before you leap."

Aesop helps kids--people--think critically, and also, expands their self-and-other-awareness. Reading these "stories," parables, allegories over the course of the year would create for educators and their students a "behavioral code" to follow. Teachers will find, in many instances, that the values communicated by Aesop will come up during the school day: a perfect teachable moment for emotional intelligence and social-and-emotional-learning-skills. This moment becomes a "flash 5-minute lesson" for teaching values.

The time has come for humanity to stop and listen to the soul. Each one of us has that inner voice that speaks and those voices that come from a higher place. We need to listen and listen soon. Do not hesitate to feel and sense the truth. Move away from what others say and sit and listen. Think and feel. It is essential that humans do not consume too much distraction with the daily entertainments and rituals of daily life. Realize that what others do around you is a place for them and that your place is one that is created for you. Inner peace can only come from taking inventory and understanding that a connection is necessary at the soul level with all that has been given to us by the creator.

Human brain will always look for an emotional correspondence, that  sometimes goes through eroticism and others it is in interlaced with cloth.  Cloth are revealing, and taking the chance to indulge and experience them  can help to discover better inner feelings and feel the skin. There is an  erotic communicative element in cloth, and it shouldn't been forgotten, as  sometimes touch give the illusion to break the discontinuity of life. 
Touch has to be trained to permit a profound communication to happen, it  works in the lands where neither language neither sight can be serve as  guide to emotions. The skin and the brain have their own needs and  requirements, and they need to be listen and nourished with cloth and  human contact. Touch as love and neural connections needs to be learned  and trained. 

The main purpose of the study is to find out the relationship between the Big Five Personality traits namely, Neuroticism, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Openness and Emotional Intelligence. For this purpose a sample size of 536 Executives who are working at a public sector power generating organization functioning in Tamil Nadu state is selected. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the samples. Big five personality inventory developed by John and Srivastava (1999); and Emotional Intelligence developed by Abdullah et al. (2013) were used for data collection. The study has found that there are significant relationship between the Big Five Personality traits and Emotional Intelligence.

This article presents an overview of the ability model of emotional intelligence and includes a discussion about how and why the concept became useful in both educational and workplace settings. We review the four underlying emotional abilities comprising emotional intelligence and the assessment tools that that have been developed to measure the construct. A primary goal is to provide a review of the research describing the correlates of emotional intelligence. INTRODUCCIÓN. Los requerimientos para la inserción laboral de los egresados universitarios exigen a las instituciones de educación superior el desarrollo tanto de competencias específicas propias de cada titulación, como de competencias transversales con alto valor en el mercado. Sin embargo, es todavía escasa la introducción de estas competencias en los grados y másteres oficiales. No obstante, en los últimos años se ha producido una creciente demanda de formación en competencias personales que ha propiciado la aparición de diversos posgrados y másteres propios en las universidades españolas. En este trabajo se estudia la eficacia del posgrado en Educación Emocional y Bienestar en el desarrollo de las competencias socioemocionales de sus estudiantes. MÉTODO. Se utilizó un diseño cuasiexperimental con medidas repetidas pretest-postest con grupo control. La muestra es de 503 adultos, 288 del grupo experimental y 215 del grupo control con características semejantes. Se utilizan dos instrumentos: el Cuestionario de Desarrollo Emocional (CDE-A) que evalúa la competencia emocional total y cada una de sus dimensiones, y el test situacional G basado en un caso práctico que mide la comprensión emocional y la respuesta cognitiva y conductual con la que se afronta una situación conflictiva. RESULTADOS. Los resultados del contraste de medias (t-Student) muestran mejoras significativas en la competencia emocional total y en cada una de las dimensiones al final del posgrado. El tamaño del efecto muestra que los cambios son de una magnitud importante en todas las dimensiones. Del estudio cualitativo se desprende que la intervención permite mejorar la precisión en la identificación de las emociones, aumentar el patrón de pensamientos reguladores y las conductas asertivas. DISCUSIÓN. Todo ello permite concluir que el desarrollo de las competencias transversales en educación superior es posible y necesario para la formación de profesionales cualificados.

Education shapes the personality of man and helps to foster individual excellence thereby promoting development and progress of a country. We live in tension era. There are numbers of causes emerge in our society day to day. Emotional Intelligence is an issue all over the world. Education is a vital factor through which we can develop it. Actually Emotional Intelligence and Education both are strongly co-relate and each one influences each other. Mayer and Solovey was the introducers of the term ‘Emotional Intelligence’ and Danial Goleman made popular it in modern world with its’ wonderful contribution in life. In the present study the investigators made an attempt to study the Emotional Intelligence of PG students of Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University in Purulia district of West Bengal. One hundred and fifty students (both Boys and Girls) reading in Semesters- 2nd and 4th were taken as representative sample of the whole population

Objectives The purpose of this study was to design and test a model of some antecedents and outcomes of emotional labor strategies. Methods The research sample consisted of 210 nurses of Golestan Hospital in Ahwaz who were selected by simple random sampling method. The study instruments were emotional labor, emotional intelligence, positive events, emotional display rules, emotional exhaustion and turnover intention questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SPSS V. 21 and AMOS V. 21. Results The proposed model relatively fitted the data. Better fit and more meaningful results were obtained by omitting one non-significant path (positive events to surface acting) and correlating the errors of one path (surface acting and deep acting). Findings also revealed that emotional intelligence and emotional display rules directly affect surface acting and deep acting; positive events directly effects deep acting and both emotional labor strategies directly effect on emotional exhaustion and turnover intention. Conclusion The meditating role of emotional exhaustion on the relationships of emotional labor strategies and turnover intention was confirmed.

EXPLORATORY STUDY ON EMOTIONAL WELL BEING OF MBA GRADUATES IN DIGITAL ERA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract: Wellbeing, particularly emotional well being, never happens by itself, it takes considerable efforts to maintain status quo of well being consistent.  Emotional well being of late has become the topic of discussion, and is correlated with success, happiness,  ability to perceive emotions in the right way, using and understanding emotions, with varying conceptual understanding, and further research has contributed, that these emotional attributes were attributable to general intelligence, which later with various research support, were attributed to Emotional Intelligence, by Daniel Goleman. Emotional Intelligence (EI), as indicated have great implication are now related to mental health, job performance, leadership development, and general well being of a person, and hence gained prominence in the field of psychology and HR as a distinct area of study.
Hence EI now has greater contribution towards leadership development in students of post graduation in education arena, and also used largely for personality development of students, understanding and improvising the emotional quotient to enable them to grow the better way, is largely underway, hence this exploratory study attempts to relate the students emotional intelligence and their personality dispositions in their college life in this digital era, where huge influx of stimulus through digital devices have changed their reference values of life and is significantly damaging their emotions.
This study attempts to find the leadership qualities of the management students of postgraduate levels to analyse their awareness of their emotional well being and the level of EI they possess to themselves, so as to nurture their ability to perceive emotions in the desired way, use and understand emotions in a better way, and express it optimally to grow as better person successfully.
This research study attempts to find the basic levels of emotional intelligence to elicit the prevalent level of emotional well being and also assess the level of self-awareness of students, their way of managing emotions, how they motivate themselves,  having empathy, and improvising social skill in them. The tool has been modified to the level of the sample fit, and a sample size of 150 students.  The tool has been developed and modified from the base model derived out of a qualitative research tool, with factor analysis as the prime area of deriving results.

H1:  There is no significant relationship between self-awareness of well being and ability to realize emotional intelligence.
H2:    There is no significant relationship between clear thinking habits in students and managing their emotions experiencing powerful emotions.
H3: There is no relationship between students deepest emotions to move ahead and emotional intelligence to achieve their goals.
H4:  There is a significant relationship between EI scores and empathizing ability against understanding levels to respond to other people.
H5: There is no significant relationship between the ability of students to manage social skills and ability to handle emotions in relationships

Introduction: EI in simple terms is the “ability to recognize one’s own and other’s emotions and having sufficient knowledge to differentiate between the various emotions” drawing their own behavior.  The concept was given birth by Daniel Goleman in the year 1995, through his own book written in the name of Emotional Intelligence.  The EI later on developed into an area of usage in perceiving, understanding, using and managing emotions, which later developed into three main models. The ability model which deals with emotions as one of the useful sources of information for an individual to introspect and develop his/her abilities.  It also finds that individuals vary in interpreting their emotions, and as well differ in their ability to develop themselves to a level to have cognizance of the varying levels of emotion.  The ability model, which this study on students is to evaluate further areas such as, Perceiving emotions, the ability to understand, classify and develop the ability to identify their own emotions. The model also looks at the Using Emotions, which looks into the ability of the person to use emotional intelligence to solve problems, and has the ability to handle his or her own moods. In the area of understanding emotions, the ability to appreciate emotional language and the comprehending ability to understand their own emotions evolving in a different way over time. In managing part, the ability model assists the person to harness all kinds of emotion and ability to distinguish the positive and negative one in equanimity.

Emotion recognition is an emerging field that has attracted much interest from both the industry and the research community. It is motivated by a simple vision: Can we build machines that can sense our emotions? This article advocates the design requirement of emotionally sentient systems to enable computers to perform complex tasks more effectively to make better decisions.

Emotional intelligence holds a significant impact on individual development of the manager and their leadership qualities. Doing activities that support EI behaviour illuminates positive effects that can be noted and measured by higher productivity. The impact of emotional intelligence is significant to build positive relations and gaining poignant commitment of employees. When implementing the Emotional Intelligence in Knowledge Management and then a company follows it in its organization the overall yield and profit seems to be increased in an exponential rate and overall it helps in the growth of the company. It also explains Emotional Intelligence along with the Knowledge Management when implemented in the organisation helps the employees developing their own leadership skills and also enhancing the actual skills they posses in the various fields. It also tells us the overall impact of emotional intelligence over the leadership. It also teaches how the Emotional Intelligence and Knowledge Management are correlated to each other and which depend on each. They also tell us the steps they need to be followed to create these Emotionally Intelligent teams and corresponding groups. For more than three decades researchers have postulated that emotional intelligence greatly complements an individual’s ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, cope with stress, and lead others. For example, leaders who are unable to discriminate and self-measure their emotions may not be acquainted with certain cues from their co-workers or subordinates. Likewise, administrators who exhibit deprived management over emotions may permit their emotions to hinder with their level of efficacy as it pertains to leading. For case, when they feel apprehensive, they may shun giving vital speech, or when they feel angry, they may unsuitably lash out at a co-worker. The paper is focusing on the impact of emotional intelligence and knowledge management on leadership qualities.

ve çalışmalar daha geniş bir çerçevede ele alınmaya başlamıştır. Bağımsız denetim niteliği itibariyle kişisel özellikleri de içermektedir. Duyguların hayattaki öneminin anlaşılmasıyla birlikte duygusal zeka kavramı türemiştir. Denetim ortamı duygu yoğundur ve denetçilerin de duyguları vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı duyguların bağımsız denetçilerin duygusal zeka düzeyinin gerçekleştirdikleri bağımsız denetim faaliyetine etkisinin olup olmadığının araştırılmasıdır. Bu kapsamda literatür taraması sonrası, bağımsız denetçilere duygusal zeka testi ve bağımsız denetim faaliyetleri–duygusal zeka ifadeleri içeren bir anket uygulanmıştır. Toplanan veriler isatistiki testlerle analiz edilmiş ve duygusal zeka düzeyinin denetim faaliyeti ile çeşitli açılarından anlamlı farklılık içinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
After financial scandals independent audit gained more importance and studies started to be addressed in a broader context. The independent audit also includes personal characteristics.With the understanding of the importance of emotions in life, the concept of emotional intelligence has emerged. The nature of audit is emotionally intensive and auditors have feelings. The aim of this study is to determine whether emotional intelligence level of independent auditors effect their independent audit activity. Within the context after the literature review and a survey which includes emotional intelligence level test and a survey which has phrases on independent
audit and emotional intelligence has been implemented to independent auditors. The collected datas have been statistically evaluated and it has been ascertained that independent auditors’ emotional intelligence level has significantly different in their audit activity from various angles.
